Question- The personalized necklaces are porcelain. Do I need to worry they will break?

Answer- Our porcelain pieces are quite durable! Product testers have dropped them on floors of all kinds (linoleum, hardwood, etc.) with no breaking, chipping, or cracking. Of course, we do not recommend you drop your jewelry multiple times on purpose! 🙂

Question- How long will it take to receive my pendant?

Answer- You will receive your customized TasselRue necklace within 4-6 weeks.

Question: What if I need it sooner?

Answer- You can put a rush on your order for 30% of the total cost minus shipping. 

Question: I’d like to create my own graphic. Is this possible?

Question: I really like the idea of personalization! How do I make sure my picture, signature, graphic, logo, etc. will look great?

Answer- There are a couple of tips we always recommend.

A. If you are using a photograph, make sure the background isn’t “busy”. You want a clean background without a lot going on. If you aren’t sure that your picture will work, you can send it to our staff and someone will review it for you free of charge. B. For signatures, make sure you take a close up of the signature in natural lighting. If you aren’t sure the signature will work, you can send it to our staff and someone will review it for you free of charge. You will find our e-mail address under the contact section of the website.

C. For logos and graphics, send them with the highest dots per inch that is possible. If you unsure of your logo or graphic, you can send it  to our staff and someone will review for you free of charge. You will find our e-mail address under the contact section of the website.

Question: Do you offer a refund?

Answer- Although we stand behind every product we sell, TasselRue cannot offer a refund unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please understand, every item is a uniquely customized special order.
